Be Cancer Aware are teams of people with learning disabilities, based with self-advocacy organisations across the North East and Cumbria. They deliver cancer awareness messages to the learning disability community.
Be Cancer Aware have a new campaign that focuses on what individuals can do to reduce their cancer risk.
The new campaign includes a film and messages showing what the Be Cancer Aware team are doing to reduce their risk of cancer.
The campaign is inviting others to share photos/stories on what they are doing to reduce their risk of cancer on the #reducingmycancerrisk.
The campaign will launch on Monday 10th May 2021through Twitter @necldnetwork on our website and on the Northern Cancer Alliance Facebook page @NorthernCancerAlliance
